Delicias de Fujita / Delicias (“Delicias,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Yohei Fujita. This policy explains how the Delicias mobile application for iOS and Android collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.

Depending on the sign-in method you choose, we may receive your email address, phone number, display name, profile image, Apple private-relay address, Google account information, and authentication-provider identifiers. We also store account settings, preferred language, referral attribution, recipe unlocks, favorites, meal plans, grocery-list state, and subscription entitlement.
Delicias supports optional guest use. Guest preferences may be stored locally on the device until they are cleared or associated with an account.
If you enable biometric app lock, the biometric comparison is performed by the device operating system. Delicias receives only the result of that comparison and does not receive or store your fingerprint, face map, or other biometric template.
We receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, and an app-specific subscriber identifier from Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, or our backend. We do not receive your complete payment-card number from those payment processors.
We collect product-interaction and operational events such as screen views, authentication method, recipe views, recipe unlocks, favorites, shares, Cook Mode and meal-planning activity, notification-permission outcomes, paywall views, purchase outcomes, and voice-feature performance. These events can include an app user identifier, anonymous device or installation identifier, timestamps, app version, build number, operating system, and general device information.
We use this information to operate the app, understand feature use, improve the experience, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and measure subscription conversion. We do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
If you choose Chef Fujita voice or another microphone feature, the app records audio only after you grant microphone permission and initiate a recording. The recording, relevant recipe context, recent conversation text, selected language, and optional first name are transmitted to our service providers so they can transcribe the question, generate an answer, and synthesize speech.
Delicias does not intentionally save your raw question recording in its database. It is processed for the request and deleted from the device’s temporary storage after the interaction. OpenAI and ElevenLabs may retain request data for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service delivery according to their account settings and privacy terms. Delicias may store generated audio for canonical recipe instructions so it can be reused without repeatedly generating the same clip; this stored audio contains recipe text, not your microphone recording.
AI answers can be inaccurate. Do not include sensitive personal information in a voice question, and independently verify food-safety, allergy, medical, and nutrition information.
